About the Owner – Dayne Waxley

I started at McNeer in 1984 as an electrician. I ran commercial projects from banks, schools, offices, medical facilities, sports complexes, and roadway lighting. I was then brought into the office in the early 90’s to estimate and project manage. I bought the company in 2003.  We are licensed to work in both Louisiana and Texas.  My background is in commercial work and even though it was rewarding to watch a project go from plans to a finished product, it was not rewarding with regard to helping people. We transitioned more into residential service work in 2016. This has been very rewarding as we have been able to help thousands of home owners fix, repair , replace or update their electrical systems. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and build a relationship with our customers which allows them to have the peace of mind that they deserve in knowing their home is as safe as possible.
 
We support many groups and organizations in the community. School sports clubs, FCA, Gingerbread House just to name a few, and along with being involved in our local churches and various ministries.
 
We have received numerous local awards from Readers Choice, Locals Love Us, Best in Shreveport and Bossier City. We’re deeply invested in our local community and are very grateful for its support.
